The University of Tulsa offers a wide variety of housing options to meet the needs and lifestyles of all students. These options include traditional residence halls, suite-style living, greek housing, apartments, and campus apartments. Our newest option is University Suites. This transitional housing is for sophomores in three three-bedroom furnished suite-style apartment with private rooms and two bathrooms located at University Square West.

What does living on campus look like?

Located near classes, dining, Collins fitness center, campus events, McFarlin Library, and more, residence halls offer wireless networking, housekeeping for common areas (community bathrooms, kitchens, lounges and hallways), and convenient parking. What's Greek life like at TU?

The University of Tulsa hosts several national fraternities and sororities. Students can live in university-recognized Greek houses beginning in the fall semester of their freshmen year. Sororities Fraternities

What options do upperclassmen have?

Apartments offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options that include wireless networking, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Apartments are available for upperclass, law and graduate students. Apartments Pools & More

Our Commitment to Safe and Accessible Housing

Housing Services is dedicated to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the campus community. Each residence hall features secured card access entrances to enhance safety and security. Emergency phones are strategically located throughout the campus and residential areas, providing immediate access to Campus Security in case of need. Staff members are available 24 hours a day to assist with urgent matters, ensuring that students receive prompt attention and support.

Residence Assistants (RAs) live on each floor and serve as valuable resources, often being the first point of contact within the student-life support network. Housing Operation Clerks are assigned to each building and work at the front desk to oversee safety and cleanliness, as well as to address any student inquiries or concerns. Their presence helps maintain a high standard of living and ensures that students have access to assistance and information whenever needed.
