Your employee annual statement shows the number of service days your employer has recorded for work you performed in a covered industry within the ACT in the previous financial year, as well as the wages that have been recorded for you.
We recommend checking your statement carefully, as any missing service or incorrect information may affect your entitlement.
To view your annual statement, please log in to our Worker Portal.

All payment summaries for long service leave claims paid in the 2023-24 financial year have been completed and lodged with the ATO, and can be accessed in your myGov account.
